A strong leader, currently working as a Head of Data Products and Platforms at the John Lewis Partnership. Hattie manages a team that owns 4 Data Platforms and 8 domain aligned Product teams which deliver value for a number of teams across the business, including Marketing, Insight, Analytics, Customer Service and Trading. Her focus over the last year has been on implementing a new Cloud data platform and migrating legacy systems and capabilities on to it; with a view to combine, standardise and democratise data from across the Partnership into one sustainable, scalable and secure platform. She is passionate about great data, the insight that can be unlocked with it and empowering decision makers to trust the data they use.
