BI Customer Services Manager, South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

With over 20 years of experience working within the analytics sector, Mark has overseen the transition from manual data processing to the implementation of Machine Learning applications, all within a healthcare environment. Currently, Mark is responsible for the provision and use of information across South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS), with the aim to increase this capability outside of the typical Business Intelligence Team setting.

In 2010, Mark introduced Qlik into SCAS, and in this time, the organisation has moved from a number of small applications to a Trust-wide environment, combining automated report provision with static analytics and self-service capability. More recently, Mark has worked on the development and delivery of an Information Literacy programme for the Trust.
