Michael joined HSBC in 2014 with global responsibility for strategy and execution of Credit Decision Systems, which automate more than 4 billion customer decisions each year.

Prior to HSBC he spent a combined 18 years working with two of the world’s largest global Credit Bureau, Experian and Equifax in a variety of roles, including developing Credit Bureau in Europe and Asia, Data and Decision systems, anti-Fraud solutions, and global Card transaction processing systems. Whilst at Equifax he developed the card-not-present anti-fraud solution, which became the CVC security code used by every Credit and Debit Card worldwide today.
