Neera is a Director in the Human Centred Transformation practice within Human Capital. She leads the UK's Workforce Analytics & Insight team. Her expertise is focussed on helping clients decide how best to access, curate and engage talent to accelerate and maximise the business value that can be unlocked from the workforce through transformation. Neera has extensive experience in global programme management, and supports clients to make complex decisions about their workforce and functional transformations in a more effective, precise, insightful and data-driven way. She has a particular specialism in helping clients understand, plan for and execute on the impact of the Future of Work on work, the workforce and workplace, and she leads the practice’s Future of Work offering for private sector clients. She has led the delivery of global Future of Work projects, looking at the changing nature of work due to automation, the gig economy and other external factors.
