Simon has been working in BI since before it was called BI! His experience has included the airline, software, logistics, marketing, business services and healthcare sectors. The strategic focus has always been driven by recognising that organisational information literacy and culture are just as important as technology in BI delivering organisational value, even more so as AI and technology cost barrier reductions mean that the traditional BI model needs to radically change to maintain its relevance to the organisation.
