Vivienne has 19 years’ experience in the National Health Service (NHS), specialising in 999 Operations and Special Projects for South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS). Her focus is on providing strategic insight and storytelling through analytics. She has worked as the Covid Pandemic modelling lead, a role which highlighted the importance of storytelling over presenting charts and numbers.

Her journey with Qlik started in 2010, moving the business forward from manual creation of national submissions to automated functions. She works on projects with a range of NHS, Emergency and Government organisations, using internal and external data to provide insight.
