Turkish firm Logic Bilisim provides mobile technology infrastructure for mobile operators and internet service providers through its websites Kontoryolla.com, and 724tikla.com. It also operates an interactive platform for sending and receiving SMS through Logic Medya, in partnership with Vodafone Turkey, Turkcell, and Avea.

As a former computer engineer, CEO Fatih Ozkentli had a strong vision and identified a gap in the Turkish market where Logic could provide value-added services in the telecommunications sector. He believes their impressive growth rate has been driven by a relentless focus on customer satisfaction – an approach he has instilled across the organisation.

"We've always felt that while investing in technology and providing innovative solutions are important to our business, customer happiness is integral to what we do," says Ozkentli. "Our sector is extremely competitive, so by looking after our customers, we benefit from their loyalty, generate more sales per transaction and gain a positive reputation nationally.

"That said, we do have to increase our investment in technology day-by-day, continually adapting our service offering to stay ahead of the competition and ensure our customers are benefiting from the best and quickest mobile infrastructure available,".

Despite the current gloom surrounding the European economies, Ozkentli is extremely upbeat about the coming years. Robust cash sales and forward purchases, combined with in-house technological development and a lean organisational structure, have given Logic increased working capital and investment finance for both the short and long-term.

"Logic is a growing company in a rising market and we continually invest in our business and our people – but only when the time is right," says Ozkentli. "We believe that our market will grow in the near future, with the Turkish economy doing likewise, and this will produce new opportunities in our sector and a chance for us to extend our reach outside the country too."
