In 2016 we made One Million Futures our social impact ambition in the UK.
By using our people’s skills and expertise we set out to help one million people get to where they want to be.
From the classroom to the boardroom, we’ve helped people from different backgrounds all across the UK by raising aspirations, improving skills and developing leaders.
Some we’ve helped directly through volunteering initiatives like our mentoring programmes in schools. Others we’ve helped by working with more than 70 of the most inspiring charities and social enterprises across the country.
We achieved our ambition in spring 2020. It’s an achievement we’re very proud of, but our work doesn’t stop here.
We’ve set ourselves another ambitious target, positively impacting a further 5 Million Futures across Deloitte North South Europe, as part of our WorldClass 50 Million Futures commitment.
