    Peter leads the European Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing Advisory Team within Deloitte. Since 1990 he has helped some 60 organisations with shared services, outsourcing and offshoring initiatives and leads a European Team that has worked with over 350 organisations in this space.

    He has been quoted on shared services and outsourcing in a number of Management Journals including The Financial Times, The Times, Accountancy Magazine, and CFO Europe and has featured on channels such as CNN Europe and BBC Radio 4. In 2011 Peter was voted into Globalization Today's first annual 'Powerhouse 25' - the most influential 25 professionals driving the outsourcing industry, and in 2012 he received the IQPC's Shared Services and Outsourcing People's Choice Award for his Personal Contribution to the European SSC/BPO Industry.

    Emma is a Senior Manager within the Human Capital HR Advisory team in London and is leading the HR programme this year for the Shared Services, GBS & BPO Conference. She has wide experience of complex end-to-end HR transformations within the private sector, with specific subject matter expertise regarding the implementation of shared services and service optimisation and leads our GBS proposition for HR across Consulting. Emma is MCIPD qualified and was shortlisted for HR Consultant of the Year 2015 by the Management Consulting Association (MCA).

    Paul is a Manager in the CFO-Advisory practice in Deloitte London. Paul has over 10 years of experience in consulting and industry roles and has worked on multiple Shared Services and Outsourcing projects. He brings a wealth of knowledge in service delivery and performance measurement along with his expertise in ISO 9001:2000, Six Sigma and related methodologies.     With the firm since 2004, Dorthe is partner in the Consulting department of Deloitte, member of the Finance Transformation Team and the European Shared Services Leadership team. Dorthe has mainly focused on project management in the areas of finance transformation and shared services implementation, and serves European and Global clients within consumer businesss and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Deloitte, Dorthe worked in the private sector within finance and admin, where she gained experience within the core of finance and admin as well as organisational change programmes, profitability management, outsourcing and IT implementations. Dorthe has lived and worked in a number of European countries and has a vast experience within the various cultures and ways of doing business across borders.

    Jean-Michel Demaison leads the Deloitte Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory team in France. He has been working in shared services and outsourcing since the early 90's. As a consultant, he has led several significant projects at an international scale with the implementation of shared services in France, Eastern Europe, Americas and Asia. His main clients have included global companies across a wide range of sectors and he is still very active in projects these days.

    A member of several professional clubs, Jean-Michel has also been a regular speaker at the Deloitte's European SSC/BPO conference. He has also published several articles relating to organization trends in leading newspapers and magazines.

    Antonio has over 15 years of experience in advising companies in Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Program Management and supported various transformation and change projects. He helped organizations review and develop multi-tower service delivery strategies for support functions (HR, F&A, Supply Chain and IT), design and implement captive Shared Services and outsourcing arrangements. Prior to joining Deloitte he held various Shared Services / BPO sales and advisory leadership positions across Europe and has been the CEO of a start-up company developing brand protection technologies.
