Charlotte leads Deloitte’s Public Sector Transport business and Sustainability and Climate offering. She has significant experience helping public sector organisations transform the way they operate and unlock new paths to value, both here in the UK and internationally. Her focus is on bringing together the knowledge and capabilities within Deloitte and across industry to support clients to imagine their futures, identify what needs to happen to deliver these futures and then execute transformation programmes to deliver this vision.

She is known for making strategically important, complex transformation happen across public sector transport organisations globally. Charlotte combines change, data/AI, technology, and innovation, with at pace programme delivery and operational improvement capabilities, to deliver sustained, lasting change. She is passionate about heart-of-business issues, helping senior stakeholders navigate the difficult choices they need to make in order to thrive and make a tangible contribution to UK PLC.

Furthermore, Charlotte is deeply committed to developing people and building the leaders of tomorrow; in her role as Public Sector Leader for Deloitte's Engineering and AI practice, she champions diversity of thought and ideas to ensure the firm delivers its utmost value to clients and the wider industry.
