Chris began his career at Accenture where he worked as a consultant on London’s successful bid for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. He later joined the London 2012 Organising Committee, where he led a number of strategy and operational planning projects in the lead up to the Games. Chris then worked for a number of Sports Governing Bodies including the International Tennis Federation (ITF), the International Olympic Committee and the Football Association as a strategy consultant.

Chris joined the LTA in 2019, initially as Head of Strategy and Innovation, where he led the development and delivery of the LTA’s Digital Transformation programme. Chris joined the LTA's Executive team in 2021 as the Director of Major Events and Digital, taking on additional accountability for Technology in 2023.

Chris is currently Managing Director - Commercial and Operations with responsibility for the LTA’s Major Events, for all main revenue functions (Broadcast, Commercial Partnerships, Ticketing and Hospitality), for the Marketing and Customer Strategy teams, and for the Digital and Technology teams.
