Jim leads Operations Consulting in the UK and North/South Europe for Deloitte. He serves clients in the Insurance sector and in this role has delivered a range of major business re-design and efficiency programmes.

He works primarily with Chief Operating Officer and Transformation Director clients who are looking to transform their core operations and deliver new leading-edge capabilities.
