She leads IT financial management in the UK and NSE and has extensive experience in helping clients with Technology strategy, Technology operating model design and implementation. She has been a trusted CIO/CFO adviser and continues to advise and support her clients formulate Technology strategy, execute cost reduction initiatives and improve strategic Technology and Business alignment.

Komal has extensive experience in Tech strategy and IT financial management both in industry and consulting clients across geographies. Prior to Deloitte, she effectively managed the total IT portfolio for Vodafone Group as Senior Finance Partner to Group CTO and led multiyear IT transformation to help Vodafone transition from TelCo to TechComm. Her focus was to drive value through IT cost transformation, IT outsourcing and insourcing capabilities, Technology operating model and effective financial management.
