Ollie is a transformational leader with a long track record of delivering strategic change that drives both customer value and business performance. Since joining RSA, he has redefined the role of technology and data within the organisation—elevating it from a support function to a core enabler of innovation and growth. Under his leadership, RSA has rapidly adopted modern platforms and cutting-edge techniques that directly link to business value, allowing the business to leapfrog legacy constraints and embrace future-ready capabilities. Ollie has achieved this through a strong focus on strengthening RSA’s technology, data and delivery talent.

Prior to RSA, Ollie held executive roles at several blue-chip organisations including the AA, TalkTalk, and LV=, where he led large-scale transformation programmes and also served on the board of a telematics joint venture. He specialises in rebuilding operating models to create sustainable, efficient capabilities that endure beyond individual strategic initiatives. Ollie has also guided organisations through critical events including turnarounds, M&A and shareholder change, as well as leading through two major cyber incidents; demonstrating calm, decisive leadership under pressure. He began his career at Accenture, spending 14 years in consulting and transformational outsourcing roles across the financial services sector, where he built a strong foundation in delivering complex change at scale.
