Rory is a Director in Deloitte’s UK Enterprise Technology & Performance practice. He specialises in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Finance implementation across FSI clients. He has over 20 years of experience in running large-scale Finance and Procurement Transformation and implementation projects in complex environments, managing risk and delivery across on-shore and off-shore teams. Rory has previously led the largest Procurement Cloud rollout on Oracle Fusion at one of the biggest global bank, engaged closely with CXO level. This implementation included 50,000 users in the UK and designing a global template to be rolled out to 25 countries.
