Winner profile
Dexory’s journey began with three founders from Romania who moved to the UK for university and spent more than a decade building their experience in robotics. From a team of just five, the company has grown into a global warehouse intelligence business with more than 200 employees in the UK.
The move into warehousing came from a clear market need. Many operators still relied on manual checks and incomplete inventory data, a challenge that became more urgent after COVID-19 as supply chain resilience moved higher up the agenda. Dexory now focuses primarily on large warehouse operators managing multiple facilities, with applications spanning manufacturing and automotive, food and beverage, retail and e-commerce, as well as pharmaceuticals and beauty.
Dexory’s solution brings together purpose-built autonomous robots with DexoryView, its warehouse data intelligence platform. A robot can typically be deployed within two to five days, with only one engineer generally required on site, most configuration completed remotely and no significant customer infrastructure changes needed.
For customers, this technology provides greater visibility over warehouse operations. For manufacturers, better visibility over stock quantities can help protect production continuity, while in complex warehouses serving multiple customers under one roof, Dexory can provide time-stamped data quickly and clearly. Together, its robotics and real-time intelligence help turn the warehouse from a place of uncertainty into a source of operational insight.
As Dexory has grown, the founders have continued to innovate while building more structure around the business. Oana Jinga, Co-Founder & Chief Commercial & Product Officer at Dexory and this year’s Women in Leadership winner, described them as still operating in “founder mode” while laying the foundations for scale. International expansion has also accelerated, with Dexory holding a US team day in September 2026 attended by 60 employees, compared with just a single US employee only a year earlier.
Looking ahead, management believes rising interest in physical AI and warehouse automation is creating a significant growth opportunity. As Dexory captures data across more sites, its product roadmap is focused on turning that information into increasingly predictive and actionable warehouse intelligence, helping customers model and optimise operations in real time.
