Our ground-breaking joint venture with Ingeus UK delivered a new approach to helping thousands of people transform their lives through lasting employment. It brought together the full range of our capabilities as a global professional services firm with Ingeus’ long-standing, global experience and deep understanding of how to help unemployed people realise their potential and re-enter the world of work. The Ingeus UK joint venture was a leading player in the welfare-to-work market, helping over 122,000 people to find jobs, including over 31,000 18-24 year olds. The joint venture came to an end in order to reunite the UK joint venture with the rest of the Ingeus group as part of a global transaction with the Providence Service Corporation.
