Our Real Estate practice advised the Greater London Authority on the international marketing campaign and procurement process which has secured the first-ever direct entry into the UK for a Chinese real estate developer. The business park should deliver an estimated 20,000 new jobs and £1bn of development investment from Asian companies. The developer, Advanced Business Park (ABP) will convert London’s Royal Albert Dock into 3m ft² complex that will act as an international landing pad accommodating 300 businesses over the next ten years – making it the city’s third largest commercial area after the City and Canary Wharf.
