Andrew is responsible for developing the Prince’s Trust long-term delivery plans in key metropolitan cities and areas of high need ensuring that the charity is reaching those facing the greatest adversity, supporting them on a pathway to employment. Andrew also led The Prince’s Trust partnership with The Department of Health and Social Care and Health Education England which is enabling over 5,000 young people aged 16 to 30 to gain careers in the health and social care sector. Andrew has been in leadership positions at The Prince’s Trust for 7 years and previously worked at the Co-op in the Corporate Social Responsibility team leading their Inspiring Young People investment initiative.
