Lien has worked in Data and Information projects for over 23 years. she has held senior roles within public and private sector organisations where her experience in data has helped deliver data capabilities on the Test & Trace Programme to deliver the Analytics strategy and capabilities, CIO for Data for Global Operation at HSBC and Barclays Treasury to name but a few. Lien spent over 10 years in and out of public sector on client and supplier side as a Management Consultant as part of many Change and Transformation Programmes. Lien’s leadership style is inclusive, transparent and encourages her team to excel, both technically and personally.

Lien is passionate about data, improving diversity and making the workplace a more fun place to be. When not in the office, Lien is a keen cook and is working towards an end-to-end supply chain of fruit and vegetables from her allotment.
