A member of the firm since 2004, Dorthe is a Partner with Deloitte Consulting, member of the Finance Transformation Team and the European Shared Services Leadership team. Dorthe has mainly focused on project management in the areas of finance transformation and global business services implementation, where she serves European and Global clients within industrial products and manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Dorthe worked in the private sector within finance and admin, where she gained experience within the core of finance and admin as well as organisational change programmes, profitability management, outsourcing and IT implementations. Joris is a Partner with over 30 years of experience in Finance and Global Business Services (GBS), and leads Deloitte Belgium’s Consumer industry practice. He is dedicated to helping organisations transform their finance functions and service delivery models, supporting clients through the entire GBS journey, from strategic assessment to value realisation, specialising in advanced service models that integrate human talent with digital agents for customer-centric, outcome-led services. Beyond GBS, Joris partners with CFOs and their teams to create high-precision, low-touch Finance Operations and insights-driven Business Finance. He is adept at helping organisations discover, design, and deliver holistic Finance strategies, integrating all aspects of talent, data, and technology to drive transformation.

Aoife is a Director within the Finance Transformation practice of Consulting where she leads the Global Business Services team in Ireland and North South Europe. She has 13 years’ experience and has been involved and led a range of finance function transformation projects, specialising in finance operating model and shared services design and implementation.

Her roles and responsibilities on these projects included programme and project management, shared service/centre of excellence design and implementation, process design and optimisation, target operating model design and implementation, finance function organisation design and recruitment, migration coordination, ERP system business readiness and delivery and operational readiness. She has been involved in the full spectrum of the shared services project life cycle encompassing each project phase - assess, design, build, implement and optimise, with a range of clients in both the private and public sectors.

Tereza leads Deloitte’s GBS and Shared Services client segment in Central Europe, with a strong focus on finance transformation and outsourcing. She brings deep expertise in process transition, optimisation and automation, including the use of robotics, cognitive tools and AI. Over her consulting career, she has led complex finance strategy and transformation programmes across industries, including major finance transformation for banking and insurance clients, or a multi-functional SSC rollout for a global pharmaceutical company.

Parag Saigaonkar is the Global Business Services (GBS) lead for Deloitte globally and a Partner with Deloitte Consulting in Canada. Parag has been with Deloitte for 30 years working primarily across the Asia-Pacific region having been based in Hong Kong, Beijing, Mumbai and now in Toronto. He is focused on helping enterprises to efficiently globalise their operating models delivering higher value services with improved economics.

Chinmay leads Deloitte's Global Business Services Advisory practice in Switzerland. With 20 years of consulting experience, he specialises in transforming organisations through the deployment of shared services, outsourcing, and global business services, helping clients to improve productivity through automation and process efficiency.

Chinmay’s functional experience includes finance and accounting, human resources, information technology, supply chain, customer service, among others. He work closely with senior executives to understand their strategic vision and assess how GBS might align with their business strategy to drive results. He advises clients from initial strategy development, through the implementation and launch of Global Business Services; shared services and business process outsourcing, to refinements of the GBS model over time to help unlock the next frontier of growth.
