Q: How do I book accommodation?

Due to September being a very busy period and an upcoming NFL game in Dublin, we recommend booking your hotel room as soon as your registration has been approved. You can explore the hotel options, including pricing, location details and cancellation policies and book your room directly using our partner, HotelMap.

All guests must have photo ID such as a passport or driver's licence for checking-in.

Q: Will there be any travel arrangements provided for attendees?

The evening venue is a five minute walk from SQUARE. You will be expected to book your relevant flights or alternative travel to Brussels.

Q: How do I get to SQUARE from Brussels Airport?

We recommend traveling to SQUARE by taxi (approximately 30 minutes from the airport). For a more sustainable option, consider using public transport.
For your journey to SQUARE, the Intercity (IC) train operates a direct service, stopping at Brussel-Centraal, which is a short walk from SQUARE.

Alternatively, if taking the Eurostar is an option, Bruxelles-Midi train station is less than a 30 minute walk or short taxi from SQUARE.
