Andrew is the Global Head of Process & Experience at Philip Morris International (PMI), where he is leading a multi-year P&C Digitalisation transformation. As part of his mandate, Andrew is accountable for Global Process Ownership for Hire to Retire, P&C Data and AI strategy for P&C. Prior to PMI, Andrew worked for Network Rail, Barclays, IBM and is a Deloitte Alumnus.
