Austin is a Director within Deloitte Ireland’s Human Capital consulting practice. Austin has over 20 years experience working in the areas of organisation design and change management. Austin has particular experience in the design and delivery of organisation effectiveness interventions to support key organisational changes e.g. new strategies, technology, changing structures and cultures. Austin has worked on a wide range of organisational initiatives, including the introduction of new organisation structures, talent programmes, employee engagement initiatives as well as extensive experience in the introduction of technology change.​
