Bianca Dinca has over 17 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Shared Services Centres (SSC), with expertise in operations and transformation projects across Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

As Danone’s Global P2P Process and Solutions Owner, Bianca leads strategic programmes to simplify processes, enhance compliance, and deliver optimisation. She oversees Danone’s global P2P core model, driving key initiatives such as Basware deployment and optimisation, and leading new automation efforts through RPA and AI.

Bianca is passionate about building strong cross-functional partnerships, working closely with Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to align policies and processes. Throughout her career, she has led diverse, multi-location teams with a strong focus on talent development and creating high-performing teams.
