She has extensive experience designing and executing Finance Transformation and Global Business Services/Global Capability Centre programmes focused on operating model design, process optimisation, technology enablement and organisational optimisation. Diane has nearly 20 years of consulting experience with specialisation in the Life Sciences sector. Additionally, she has global Consulting experience across 15+ countries in Latin and South America, Europe and Asia. Diane is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA.
