Eleanor leads the ServiceNow GBS Market Development in EMEA, following a twenty year career in the TMT industries. She has delivered significant business transformations through Global Business Services, Operational Excellence and Customer Experience, both as a Management Consultant (Accenture) and as a Business Leader (Vodafone). Most recently, she led the B2B GBS organisation for Vodafone as well as architecting the new Operating Model for Vodafone with commercial GBS at its core.
