Kirsty is a Director in Deloitte UK’s Human Capital consulting practice with over 20 years experience in change management, primarily focussed on technology enabled HR Transformation and ServiceNow. Her experience includes business and culture change, engagement, communications, knowledge development and adoption. Kirsty’s experience has allowed her to work with multiple clients, evaluating the change from the impacted individual’s point-of-view and applying this knowledge to the design and development of bespoke solutions.​
