Head of Driver Development,
More than Equal

Lauren Forrow is the Driver Development Lead at More than Equal, an organisation dedicated to finding the first female Formula 1 world champion. She is an experienced strategic leader in sport and operations, with a track record of successfully delivering and building high-performing teams in both domestic and international environments.

In her previous role as the Operations Manager for the Great Britain Cycling Team, where she sat on the Senior Leadership Team and oversaw four core departments — Programmes, Logistics, Technical Resources and Mechanics — to deliver seven concurrent performance programmes. In this role, she managed a multi-million-pound annual budget and led operational change to enhance performance support and improve team efficiency and culture.

Before this, she was British Cycling Delivery Manager, where she led a regional team to strengthen community engagement, develop partnerships, and deliver national diversity initiatives. This included the creation of the “City Academies” programme, which brought new diversity to the talent pathway and helped secure over £1 million in new investment.

Her career has spanned high-performance environments across Olympic and elite sport, including leadership roles at the British Bobsleigh & Skeleton Association, where she managed the World Class Programme and helped deliver medal-winning campaigns at the Sochi and Lillehammer Olympic Games.

She holds a First-Class degree in Sports Science and a Distinction in MSc Applied Sports Physiology from the University of Brighton and is an accredited UK Anti-Doping educator and advisor.
