Margaret is an HR executive who brings extensive experience across many HR disciplines which has included focusing on agile transformation, design thinking and customer experience, technology and leading innovation for HR servicing. Driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact, Margaret serves as the Chapter Lead and Head of People Support Solutions at Roche. She leads a large global team, utilising an innovative model to deliver comprehensive HR support and great experiences to the entire Roche employee and leadership population of over 100,000 people every day.
