Mirta is a senior executive with over 20 years of international experience in Finance, Audit, and Business Operations. Since 2007, she has held key leadership positions at thyssenkrupp, currently serving as Managing Director of its Shared Services Centre in Gdańsk, Poland. She leads a team of 170 employees across Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, and PMO, driving strategic transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation.

Mirta has a strong background in financial leadership, having served as CFO and senior auditor, and brings expertise in M&A, compliance, due diligence, and restructuring. She also developed a successful go-to-market strategy for business process management services, focusing on customer segmentation, digital product development and service growth.

She has been recognised with multiple industry awards, including “Best Head of SSC in Poland” (2021) and “Best SSC in Gdańsk/Gdynia” (2023). Fluent in English, German, Spanish, and Croatian, she brings a global mindset to every challenge.

Born in Zagreb, Croatia, she has lived and worked across Europe and the Americas. Outside of work, Mirta is passionate about travel, fitness, swimming, hiking, and dance. She is known for her energy, curiosity, and hands-on, people-focused leadership style.
