Nicola is a director with Deloitte Ireland's Finance Transformation team. She has worked successfully with clients across a number of FT engagements both in Ireland and internationally. Nicola has been partnering with clients to design and deliver against their GBS agenda for over 9 years. She specialises in the delivery of large scale Finance transformations to with experience in process optimisation, digitisation and change management.
