Renata is the Head of IT for People & Culture at Philip Morris International (PMI), where she is leading the Digital & AI Strategy for P&C. She is responsible for the global delivery of technology projects, as well as overseeing IT operations across both global and local P&C solutions. Renata plays a pivotal role in driving PMI’s multi-year P&C Digital Transformation, ensuring technology enables and accelerates business and people outcomes.
