Ricardo Mueller began his career with Kraft Foods in Brazil, then spent thirteen years with Mondelez, leading HR roles across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Since joining Reckitt in 2016 as Regional HR Director for LATAM, Ricardo has driven significant global transformation. In his roles, he has streamlined operations in Global Service Delivery, HR Technology and Payroll Management. As HR Transformation Director, he spearheaded the design and deployment of HR technologies and organisational capabilities.

Currently, as Senior VP President HR Global Functions and HR Operations, Service Excellence, Ricardo leads Global HR Shared Services, HR Transformation and People Analytics, while also partnering Global Functions: Supply, Finance, Legal, IT&D, Corporate Affairs and Global Business Services.
