As Head of Global Procurement Services, Ryan partners closely with leaders from across Business Operations, Finance and Procurement to modernise and enhance the organisations approach to Procurement Services, implementing simple, standard and efficient processes from Source to Payment which unlock value and enhance productivity through innovation, scale and delivery excellence.

Ryan joined Sanofi in 2022, playing a critical role in supporting the organisation's achievement of its transformation objectives as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders and teams across the Corporate Functions as Head of Audit, Corporate Functions. Ryan rapidly built his knowledge of Sanofi and core processes in Finance, Procurement and People & Culture and has spearheaded the establishment of a new Supplier Contract Audit team aimed at driving improvements and enhancements in the way we partner with third parties.

As a people-oriented leader with more than 18 years of industry and consulting experience, Ryan brings an innovative mindset and a passion for creating and implementing digitally enabled agile, efficient and scalable shared service solutions. Ryan has led large complex, cross-functional programmes, and major transformation initiatives focused on Commercial, Compliance and Procurement-related shared services at highly regarded organisations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, AstraZeneca, Daiichi Sankyo and Pfizer.
