Sarah is a Senior Manager and part of Deloitte’s Global Business Services (GBS) practice based in London. She has a strong track record of leading complex change and transformation projects with a focus on the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. Sarah works with GBS leaders across organisations to define strategies and design future-fit operating models that can create and sustain enterprise-wide value. As a certified Change Management professional, she brings a unique, human-centric, and experience-driven approach to every conversation. She has co-hosted the Deloitte Shared Services Conference in previous years, led the programme for the event and facilitated numerous sessions, and this year she is looking forward to delivering what in her opinion is ‘the most exciting lab session to date’.
