Sergi Lemus is a partner at Deloitte Spain. With a career spanning over two decades in professional services and Business Process Solutions, he currently serves as the Operate leader for Deloitte Spain, overseeing a team of over 3.500 Deloitte practitioners, and as the Global Finance Operate co-leader.

Joining the firm in 2003, Sergi has played a pivotal role in multiple consulting and managed services projects, spanning business transformation, post-merger integrations, system implementations, process reengineering and performance improvement. Specialising in guiding organisations through the GBS/shared services journey, he focuses on formulating strategies and navigating the design, implementation, and optimisation of service delivery models.

Sergi helps organisations assess their service delivery footprint and leads them through the process of developing and implementing an optimal service delivery model, striking the right balance between which processes should operate at local, regional or corporate level, in conjunction with the optimal use of shared service centres and CoEs, making the most of Operate Services, AI and/or hybrid models.
