Star is a Director in the Danish Global Business Services advisory practice with over 10 years of experience. Since joining Deloitte, he has gained extensive experience in helping large multinational organisations realise their transformation ambitions by providing pragmatic project and change management expertise. He specialises in the end-to-end management of designing and implementing target operating models for Finance, driven by levers of process transformation and digitization which entails the initial strategy and detailed process design, as well as subsequent transition to new operations.​
