Stein P holds a Master of Management from BI Norwegian School of Management. He has held several leadership, advisory, and project manager roles in Equinor since he joined the company in 2009. Stein P has extensive experience in developing shared services, both within Equinor and as a consultant prior to joining the company. He has been part of and leading the work in several phases of shared service development. Currently, Stein P is responsible for introducing artificial intelligence into shared services within Equinor and is deeply involved in identifying use cases where the company can strengthen its customer experience at the same time as giving bottom line effects.

Stein P finds the balance between humans and machines an intriguing journey that is exciting to be part of, providing great value to the business together with the opportunities in technology development in the coming years.
