Tereza leads Deloitte’s GBS and Shared Services client segment in Central Europe, with a strong focus on finance transformation and outsourcing. She brings deep expertise in process transition, optimisation and automation, including the use of robotics, cognitive tools and AI. Over her consulting career, she has led complex finance strategy and transformation programmes across industries, including major finance transformation for banking and insurance clients, or a multi-functional SSC rollout for a global pharmaceutical company.

Tereza is passionate about helping organisations unlock the full potential of their service delivery models. She works closely with clients to shape strategic roadmaps, drive operational excellence and connect local initiatives with Deloitte’s global GBS network.
