Trond Iversen is Director of Digitalisation and Development at DNV’s Global Shared Services, where he supports the organisation’s journey toward digital world-class service delivery. Since joining shared services in 2016, he has been central in building up DNV’s two global centres in Gdynia, Poland, and Pune, India, while also enhancing innovation and digitalisation capabilities.

Before this, Trond held several leadership positions both within DNV’s business areas and at Group level, giving him a strong foundation in linking business needs with shared service delivery. With more than 20 years of international experience, he has worked for DNV in the UK, Germany, Korea, the UAE and Singapore, and has recently relocated to Pune to further drive innovation and digitalisation.

Today, Trond is focused on innovating how shared services deliver value to DNV and ensuring the organisation fully takes advantage of the latest technologies to drive efficiency, insights and impact.
