When and where is the conference taking place?

The Deloitte Shared Services Conference 2024 is taking place at the RAI Amsterdam, Amsterdam, The Netherlands on 8 - 10 October 2024.

How do I register for the conference?

Registration for the conference will open in April 2024.

Is there a deadline for registration?

Whilst there is not currently any set deadline for registration, we encourage you to register ASAP as spaces fill up fast. Registering early will also give you a better chance at being allocated your preferred session slots (e.g. labs and breakouts).

Do I have to attend the entire event?

We highly recommend attending the event in its entirety, including the networking elements, as this will enable you to get the most out of the experience.

Who are the hosts of the conference?

The Shared Services Conference is hosted by Candice Sieg, UK Partner and GBS and Outsourcing Advisory Lead. As ever, the conference is organised by the central team in the UK but this is an NSE Deloitte event. You can find a list of key personnel on the Contacts page.

As well as capturing feedback onsite at the conference, we will also be sharing feedback surveys with all attendees once the conference has ended. We greatly value all feedback received as this will enable us to improve our offering year-on-year.
