When and where is the conference taking place?

The Deloitte Shared Services Conference 2025 will take place at The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD), Ireland, from 23-25 September 2025.

Will there be any accommodation arrangements provided for attendees?

Deloitte has secured a number of rooms at hotels within a 15-minute walk of the CCD. Breakfast is included, and the room rate will be charged to your card upon arrival. Incidentals will be charged upon departure.

Will there be any travel arrangements provided for attendees?

You are responsible for arranging your travel to and from Dublin. Return transport will be provided between the CCD and the evening event venue.

How do I get to The CCD from Dublin Airport?

We recommend travelling to the CCD by taxi (approximately 30 minutes from the airport). For a more sustainable option, consider these bus services:

  • For your journey to The CCD, Dublin Bus operates a 24-hour service from the city centre to the airport.
  • Dublin Express also offers a direct service to and from the airport, stopping at Custom House, which is a short walk from The CCD.

Is there parking available at the venue?

The CCD has a public underground car park at the rear of the building. The parking fee is €4.00 per hour or €30.00 for the day. Evening and pre-booking rates are also available. More information on parking can be found on the CCD website.

What if I have accessibility requirements?

The CCD is designed to be accessible to all. If you have any accessibility requirements, please inform the planning team at sscregistrations@deloitte.co.uk in advance of the event.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the conference is business casual.

Will I be recorded at the event?

Please note that photography, audio, and video recording may occur during the event. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording and its subsequent use. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the planning team at ssc.conference@deloitte.co.uk in advance of the event.

Please proceed to the front of the building and enter through any of the doors to the ground floor registration and cloakroom area. Upon arrival, please collect your badge from the registration desk.

How can I provide feedback about the conference after it’s over?

As well as capturing feedback onsite at the conference, we will also be sharing feedback surveys with all attendees once the conference has ended. We greatly value all feedback received as this will enable us to improve our offering year-on-year.
