Caroline is the Global Finance Operate co-lead and is responsible for leading complex finance transformation and shared services projects at some of the world’s largest companies.

She has deep experience in shared services including the design and operations of captive and outsourced service centres. She understands how to drive change in organisations in order to realise cost reduction and maximise value.

Through implementation of new operating models and technology / AI/Agentic solutions, Caroline helps her clients streamline and automate processes, gain access to critical data to support business decisions and realise optimisation targets.
