After studying business administration and successfully completing his doctorate in the field of business informatics, Dr. Lars Najda worked as a management consultant, before founding a software development company in the healthcare sector. This was followed by various management positions in the banking sector. As Managing Director, he accompanied the development of Commerzbank's Shared Service organisation.

Since 2017, Lars Najda has been responsible for the establishment and expansion of the multifunctional Business & IT Services structures of the technology company Schaeffler as global manager. A Shared Services network with hubs in the Americas, Asia / Pacific, China and Europe supports all Schaeffler Group locations worldwide with a wide range of services in the areas of Finance, Purchasing, SCM, HR and IT. The focus here is on the consistent process digitisation. An AI Factory as part of the Shared Services organisation becomes the engine of AI transformation in Schaeffler’s support functions.
