Allan leads global process ownership for Procure-to-Pay at Pandora, the world's largest jewellery brand and one of Fast Company's most innovative companies in the world (2025). He is directing the Procure-to-Pay dimension of Project Compass, Pandora's SAP Cloud ERP transformation across 40+ entities worldwide, protecting Accounts Payable continuity through the migration so invoice processing stays stable while the wider transformation runs.

With over 20 years' experience across procurement, supply chain and finance operations, Allan has built his career on the operational side of large-scale business change, joining Pandora in 2021. His approach reflects Pandora's own principle of daring to pursue bold ambitions with the operational rigour to deliver on them.
