Bart is a Partner in Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice, and leads the Human Capital Practice in the Netherlands and the HR Transformation Offering for North South Europe. He is member of the Deloitte Technology & Transformation Leadership Team in Netherlands, and serves as Lead Client Service Partner for two pan-European Consumer Products clients.

He has led global Business and HR Transformation initiatives within complex environments across Europe, Australia and Asia, and has deep skills in (Digital) HR Transformation – specialising in improving HR functions through assessment, design and implementation of innovative strategies, operating models, shared services, and enabling technologies.

He is actively engaged with some of the world's most recognised companies on major HR Transformation programmes, and is a co-author of several Deloitte publications and thought leadership pieces.
