Bente Bundgaard is Vice President of Enterprise Europe Finance and Global Statutory Reporting (GSR) Lead at Emerson, where she is accountable for the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of reporting under U.S. GAAP and local statutory frameworks for a portfolio of companies with a combined balance sheet exceeding $5 billion.

Bente leads Emerson’s global statutory reporting ecosystem, including the operating model and centralised delivery strategy and team. Bente also serves as the company’s functional finance authority for sustainability regulatory reporting, partnering with Sustainability, Legal, Accounting and Audit to strengthen governance and readiness for evolving global disclosure requirements.

Having joined Emerson early in her career, Bente has held a series of progressively senior finance leadership roles, building deep expertise in statutory reporting, technical accounting, governance and global finance operations.

They are a graduate of Aalborg Handelsskole in Denmark and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the United Kingdom.
