Dóra is a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s GBS Advisory practice in Hungary, with more than five years of experience in shared services and global business services transformations. Throughout her career, she has specialised in centralisation initiatives and large-scale GBS transformation programmes. She has led and supported projects across the full GBS lifecycle, from strategy development and target operating model design to transition execution and post-go-live stabilisation.
