Emma Lawson is a strategy, transformation and operations leader with over 20 years' experience delivering complex business transformation programmes across global organisations. She has led large-scale change initiatives spanning strategy development, operating model design, shared services, digital transformation, organisational change and programme delivery.

Emma has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, logistics, financial services and the public sector, with organisations including Deloitte, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, John Lewis, McDonald's, TNT, HSBC, Transport for London, the Cabinet Office, Unilever and now Greencore.

At Unilever, Emma led the transformation of global business operations through the introduction of a new operating model and digital technologies, before serving as Chief of Staff for the Personal Care division, where she drove strategic execution and helped shape the division's AI strategy. Emma is currently Programme Director at Greencore, leading the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
